MEET KAI IBARRA
Founder &
Architectural Designer of Kai’s Tiny Homes
Kai is an architectural designer
specializing in modern, Japandi-
inspired container homes. Her work
focuses on creating spaces that
are not only visually refined, but
deeply livable—designed around
flow, function, and intentional living.
I built Kai’s Tiny Homes with one
intention: to make stability, beauty,
& ownership accessible to everyone.
What began as a single concept
design has grown into a library of
floor plans, renders, and living
spaces — each crafted with intention,
heart, and profound respect for the
people who will call it home.
Every plan rests on the same
promise: that housing should not be
a privilege or a crisis, but a human
right. Safe, secure, and attainable.
My work lives at the intersection of
art, design, and dignity. I believe
everyone deserves access to
beautiful, sustainable spaces that
reflect who they are and how
they want to live.
My studio is a testimony to resilience,
creativity, and self-belief: proof that
even when systems try to limit your
vision, you can design your
own foundation.
Kai’s Tiny Homes represents what
happens when design becomes a
tool for sovereignty. Every home
we create is a seed for the world
we are rebuilding.
