3. Do I need land

before hiring you?

No. Many clients come to me before they purchase land, so they have clarity on:

• which model fits their goals,

• what size footprint they need,

• and what infrastructure to look for.

If you already own land, I will design around your site conditions.

If not, I can help you understand what type of land your

home needs.

4. Can I build this with

any contractor?

Yes — my plans are created

to be buildable by any experienced contractor or container builder. They are dimensioned, clear, and practical to execute.

If your builder has questions,

I am available for clarifications

during your design phase.

8. Are your designs

structurally engineered?

Designs include structural notes

and container-modification

approval must be stamped and completed locally by a licensed architect/engineer familiar

9. Can I request a custom container configuration not shown on your site?

Absolutely!

If you have a concept, I can turn

it into a fully designed structure.

into milestones:
