residence that prioritizes spatial

flow over square footage.

The ground level features a serene

lounge, a long galley kitchen, and

a flexible dining-to-desk zone,

alongside a spa-style wetroom

with integrated laundry.

Dual staircases with concealed storage lead to two private bedrooms above: a primary

suite with an adjacent office

and a secondary loft with

stacked twin XL beds.

expansive glazing create a space

and quietly luxurious
